Keika provides an automated SEO content creation and optimization platform. Our service includes keyword research, content generation, technical SEO optimization, and publishing capabilities across multiple platforms.

3. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Payment Terms

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your subscription
• Pay applicable taxes
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused content credits.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content generated through Keika. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create. The content is yours to use as you see fit.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate malicious, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Keika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
